This is a minor bugfix release.

• [APP-525] * Fixed accidentally turning on a "Windows Performance Option" on application start-up.
• [APP-524] * Updated UI development tools to latest version.
• [APP-452] * Most combo-box drop-down menus have been replaced by popup menus as all apps have been prepared to be native 64bit binaries (in the future).
