This page lists Magic devices connected to your computer.
Show other devices
If you already have a license you see only:
- Licensed devices on license renewal.
- Unlicensed devices if you buy a new license.
Click the button at the top right to show any other devices.
Delete a device
Click the button to delete any devices you do not need a license for.
Add external device
This button is handy if you need to order multiple licenses for devices from other computers. There you can click the serial number to copy the serial number to the clipboard.
Missing a device?
Click this button to get help if a connected device is not listed.
- If not already done, connected your Apple device(s) (mouse, keyboard, trackpad) with this computer.
- Do not connect more than two devices of the same type (mouse, keyboard or trackpad).
- If supported by the device, use a wired USB connection. (Magic Keyboards, Magic Mouse 2, Magic Trackpad 2)
- Otherwise pair your device with Bluetooth.
- Install the related Magic Utilities for the connected devices on this computer and start them at least once. After a few seconds the device should be detected in the previous view.
